Delete your Ninmuya account

In the app

  1. Open Ninmuya and sign in.
  2. Tap Me, then Edit profile.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Any quest with a reward still held has to be finished or given up first, and money still clearing in your Stripe account has to arrive. Money that has cleared is sent to your bank as part of closing. The app tells you if anything is still in play.

By email

You don't need the app: email info@fakegeniushk.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it (if you joined with Apple and hid your email address, tell us the display name on your account instead). We'll let you know when it's done.

What we delete and what we keep

We delete your profile, your photos (except evidence for paid quests, which is deleted as below), the photos and documents you sent in chats, your login and your Stripe payout account. Messages you sent stay visible to the people you sent them to, shown as from "Deleted user". Ratings about you are deleted with your profile. Ratings you wrote stay on the other person's profile, without your name. Payment records of paid quests, of payments to notify hunters and of withdrawals are kept for seven years after payment, because Hong Kong tax law requires it, and are then deleted. Evidence photos, with their place and time, are deleted six months after the reward is released or refunded, unless a report, dispute or claim is open. Reports made by or about you are deleted two years after they are closed. See the Privacy policy for details.

在應用程式內

  1. 開啟 Ninmuya 並登入。

刪除前，所有仍有報酬暫存的任務須先完成或放棄，Stripe 帳戶內仍在結算中的款項亦須先到帳。已結算的款項會在關閉帳戶時存入你的銀行帳戶。如仍有款項處理中，應用程式會通知你。

以電郵申請

你無須使用應用程式：請以帳戶所用的電郵地址發送電郵至 info@fakegeniushk.com，要求刪除帳戶（如你以 Apple 帳戶登入並選擇隱藏電郵地址，請改為告訴我們你帳戶的顯示名稱）。完成後我們會通知你。

我們會刪除及保留的資料

我們會刪除你的個人檔案、相片（已付款任務的證明除外，該等證明會按下文所述刪除）、你在聊天中發送的相片及文件、登入資料及 Stripe 收款帳戶。你發出的訊息仍會向收件人顯示，發送者顯示為「已刪除的用戶」。他人給你的評分會隨個人檔案一併刪除；你撰寫的評分會保留在對方的個人檔案，但不會顯示你的名稱。已付款任務、通知獵人費用及提款的付款記錄，會在付款後保留七年，因為香港稅務法例有此規定，其後即會刪除。證明相片連同其地點及時間，會在報酬發放或退還後六個月刪除，除非仍有未完結的舉報、爭議或申索。由你作出或針對你的舉報，會在結案後兩年刪除。詳情請參閱《私隱政策》。
